Well its official, the local Farm and fleet by me had raised their prices on the disk I wanted from $699 to $748 last Feb. 2. I have been driving by the one they have as a visual aid in front of the store almost every week since Jan. I decided I better buy today for the steel prices may increase it. I went in and asked about it and found the price had increased on the 2nd of Feb. all disks back in the back lot were already marked up except the one in front of the store. With out any hesistation when I questioned them about the price? They told me I would get it for the old price and then they changed the tag outside. I also found out they are scedualed to go on sale on May 8th for $688. I decided not to wait, for that may never happen with the steel price increases, so I bought the one I wanted for $699. Hurray!!!!!

Did you get the Kingkutter? I am looking at one too for $770. I think it's 20 20" discs front notched and back discs plain and 3 in' box frame. It's at a "Tractor Supply Company" store. Does it cut like you expect? I have JD1070 so power isn't an issue.
Hoping to go to an auction soon and look at a used Burch disc but I don't know how heavy it is. Will still have to pay probably $450 to 500. Wife has me on a budget! ....
